About Us


Established in 2007 by James Rose, LnD Partnerships is a consultancy comprising a core team together with experienced associates. We
provide a range of high quality training programmes designed specifically for each client covering areas such as management and leadership, customer service and sales skills. The programmes are offered as individual courses as well as through a partnership approach whereby training
is outsourced for us to manage on an ongoing basis.
How it works

James has over 12 years' experience in managing, leading and training teams and individuals within client companies. Prior to setting up the consultancy he worked as Senior Consultant for Capita Learning and Development, one of the country's leading training consultancies, where his clients included a number of public and private sector companies. Projects included large scale change programmes, creating new, internal
training departments, writing and delivering bespoke training portfolios and the delivery of unique and specialist programmes.

This led to the creation of LnD Partnerships, a consultancy with the expertise to generate continuous improvements in individual and collective performance, decision-making, collaboration, communication, motivation, confidence and trust, resulting in improved business image and
reputation both internally and externally and consequently, enhanced commercial success.
